Painting Workshop Offered at LEC

This just in from officials at the Life Enrichment Center: The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for a new workshop for adults, Sumi-e Asian Brush Painting. Award winning artist Susan McKay will teach students in a small group setting. The workshop is open to all levels, from beginning to experienced. Students will complete a finished piece during the session. Artists who paint in other styles have found it helpful to learn the strokes and brush control in Sumi-e painting. Learn how a few simple strokes can turn into a bird, flower, leaf, or bamboo. The course will be taught by Susan McKay.
