This just in from Marti Ryan, spokeswoman for county animal services: Sometimes, you just have to make a country boy a city slicker. In Rudy's case, it was for his own good. This white-blonde, handsome hound mix was wandering the rural countryside in search of his supper. He's miraculously healthy and is now learning manners.
