Want to Learn Tai Chi?

The class is being offered through the Life Enrichment Center in Forest Hills.

From officials at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 N. Boulevard: The Life Enrichment Center is registering adults for its new session of Tai Chi classes. Join us for a moving meditation in Yang style Tai Chi for health.  The 6-week class will meet Monday evenings from April 8 through May 13.  Classes will be held at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), 4801 E. Fowler Avenue, Tampa. Beginning Tai Chi meets from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Intermediate Tai Chi meets from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Research has shown that Tai Chi improves strength, balance and stamina, helping to prevent falls; increases bone density; reduces blood pressure; helps fibromyalgia symptoms; and improves overall health and wellness. Students in this class will learn to move in …

The six-week class will meet Monday evenings from Feb. 18 through March 25.  Classes will be held at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), 4801 E. Fowler Avenue, Tampa.
