Volunteers Planning to Round Up Feral Cats in Seminole Heights

In an effort to rid the community of the sometimes pesky feral cats, volunteers are debating whether to start rounding up the cats in Seminole Heights. this is illegal. not all organizations clip ears on spaying. i called the spca and they told me they would notparticipate in this effort. this is catnapping. christine   more ›
