Business Guild Board Election Brings Community Revitalization
The Business Guild of Seminole Heights has some new faces on its board.
Elections didn't stop on November 6 in Seminole Heights. A recent ballot saw most of the Business Guild of Seminole Heights' board change faces during a time when some say there was a need to modernize and diversify how the group goes about its activities. Kendra Bailey, owner of Health Mutt on Central Avenue, was elected as the new president of BGOSH, and said she hopes to make the guild more fun for its members. "All of us are young business owners which we hope will add a bit more excitement to the business guild," Bailey said. "Last year, the president stepped down, and the vice president was filling a few different positions.
