Life lessons come in all forms. But when you're an at-risk child who can't afford gifts for mom, a push from Santa's helpers never hurts. Through the kindness of volunteers from Bayshore Baptist Church and the City of Tampa, approximately 125 kids had the opportunity to choose gifts for their mothers and guardians at the R.I.C.H. (Resources in Community Hope) House in Sulphur Springs Tuesday. Also known as the Weed and Seed House, the R.I.C.H. House provides neighborhood children a positive alternative to hanging out in the streets.
