Beat the Heat with Free Ice Cream
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24.
If you're looking for a way to cool down while you're downtown, grab a scoop of free ice cream.
Blue Bell will offer the tasty treaty at no charge from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 at Curtis Hixon Park on Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa. Two flavors will be available: Dutch Chocolate and Homemade Vanilla.
Look for the trailer near the splash fountain at 600 North Ashley Drive.
"We look forward to this event providing free, outdoor recreation for families and professionals," said Brooke McDonald of HarmonTampa PR. "For Blue Bell Ice Cream, it's a chance to share with park guests a cool treat on a hot summer day during National Ice Cream Month."
