Strength Comes From Within with Melissa Nordin MS, BA, CES, RYT, FNS, LVCYT, IAYT, Level 1

This workshop is for: re-educating the body while we flow together through a vinyasa, power, and hatha yoga practice.

Our aim is to re-align ourselves in our practice and to tone and build muscle. Yoga poses require a partnership of certain muscle structures that make it possible for us to hold poses properly and safely for longer periods of time.

Dive into the body and learn about the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that make up those muscle partnerships in this 2 hour yoga workshop which will help you find strength and stability in our favorite and/or most challenging yoga postures.
