FIT 4 Baby

This exercise program is designed to help moms-to-be strengthen their bodies for the changes of pregnancy. The 60-minute class accommodates all the stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels. It includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins to warm up.
