Energizing our whole being with breath and touch
Through THE ART OF JIN SHIN JYUTSU

In JIN SHIN JYUTSU, YOGA, TAI CHI, and other ancient mind/body systems, conscious breathing is an essential principal of practice. Modern science has confirmed the health benefits of diaphragmatic breathing. From Olympic-athletes and Yoga-pretzel-people to those with acute or chronic health conditions, conscious breathing is everyone’s link to vitality.



JIN SHIN JYUTSU is an ancient art from Japan that integrates conscious breathing with the art of healing touch. In this workshop, we will explore the health effects of natural circular breathing, as we apply simple self-touch techniques. We will know the Breath as the link between our mind, body and spirit, as we experience the release of each exhale and the renewal of each inhale. Beginners and experienced students welcome! Instructor, Ruth Ann Rauter, has been an energy-worker since 1973, through her training in Yoga and Tai Chi. She began her healing service as a Trained Licensed Minister in 1991 and a Reiki Master in 1996. After experiencing the profound healing effects of Jin Shin Jyutsu, she achieved certification as a Practitioner in 2002 and Self-Help Instructor in 2006. She annually attends JSJ Seminars with master teachers to expand her understanding of this living art and share it with others.   www.ruthannrauter.org
