Nominate an Outstanding Seminole Heights Student for the YEA! Awards

Nominations are being accepted through Feb. 28.

Hillsborough County officials are soliciting nominations for the Youth Excellence and Achievement Awards (YEA!) through Feb. 28.

Nominations, which will be reviewed by the Commission on the Status of Women, can be submitted for middle and high school students in each of the categories below:

  • Leadership
  • Success Despite Difficult Odds
  • Volunteer or Community Service

Last year's winners hailed from Adams, Giunta and Tomlin middle schools and Bloomingdale, Chamberlain and Tampa Preparatory high schools.
