Utility Bill's New Look Depends On You

The City of Tampa launches a survey for utility bill improvements.

From the City of Tampa:

A new online survey will give the City of Tampa’s 124,000 utility customers an opportunity to offer suggestions on how to update the look of their utility bills. Survey results and comments will be taken into account as Tampa begins updating the current design, which has not been changed in more than 15 years.

The survey is part of an ongoing process by the City of Tampa to provide easy-to-understand utility billing and improve customer service for its account holders.
