Tampa Laws Almost Outlaw Homelessness, Critics Say

Recently, Tampa's new laws got national attention.

The City of Tampa has passed an ordinance allowing police officers to arrest someone they see sleeping or storing personal property in public.

And they're not the only city criminalizing homelessness.
