According to police, witness described the passenger in the vehicle as a black male, in his early 40s, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8, thin build, unshaven appearance with touches of gray in the growth. He was last seen wearing a long white tank top, blue jean pants, and a black baseball cap.
