UPDATE: Hillsborough High Student Stable After Being Struck by Car

The incident occurred this morning, police said.

Tampa police identified a 16-year-old student hit twice this morning on her way to Hillsborough High School and said she is in stable condition at a local hospital.

Police say Andra Glover was crossing Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at Central Avenue in the crosswalk against the light near the school, 5000 N. Central Avenue, when she was hit by two drivers.

Tiffany Werlinger, 30, of Seffner, and Ulysses Williams, 62, of Tampa, didn't see the girl in the crosswalk, police said. Werlinger was driving a Kia, and Williams was driving a Tahoe, police said.
