Missing Mother, Daughter Found Arrested in Polk County

Clearwater women were charged with trespassing and resisting without violence and listed under "Jane Doe" status, according to Tampa Police.

A missing mother and daughter from Clearwater have been found arrested in Polk County, according to the Tampa Police Department.

Rosalind Carswell, 52, and Eddyssia Livingston, 32, had been at 5108 N. 19th St. in Central Tampa on Dec. 16. After news coverage of their disappearance, a news tip came in that the pair had been arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting without violence in Polk County, where they are still in custody, officials said.

They were both listed under "Jane Doe" status because they refused to give their names to law enforcement, according to a Tampa Police media release.

Tampa Police officers notified the women's family members that they were found unharmed.

A police spokesperson said Carswell and Livingston both suffer from mental illness.
