Patch: How did you become interested in firefighting?

Muralt: The people I hung out with, we’d go to the fire station to see one of their friends. I liked the variety, and helping people.

Patch: What’s your most memorable call?

Muralt: I’ve had some bad calls. … I worked for Largo Fire Rescue and Pasco County Fire Rescue previously. We did CPR on a dog one time. We had pulled him out of a fire. He did good.

Patch: What’s your favorite color?

Muralt: Red, because the fire trucks are red. It’s warm, too.

Patch: What’s the last movie you saw?

Muralt: "Unstoppable," the one about the train with Denzel Washington. I thought it was pretty good.
