Tampa Fire Rescue units responded to a house fire in Tampa Heights on Wednesday, April 18, according to Tampa Fire Rescue spokesperson Lonnie Benniefield.
A call came in at 1:39 p.m. and firefighters arrived on scene at the residence at 105 E. Oleander St. within four minutes.
It took fire crews about five minutes to get the fire under control, Benniefield said.

Fire investigators from Tampa Fire Marshal's ruled the fire to be arson and are currently working strong leads gathered from their investigation, according to Benniefield.
Investigators do not believe this to be the work of an arsonist but believe this is an isolated case, Benniefield said.
