Crime Blotter: Man Reports Robbery, Cars Burglarized at Nightclub
Three cars at Valentines Nightclub were broken into, and a man reports facing an armed robber, Tampa Police reports.
March 14
- Police say a man reported being robbed at gunpoint while walking on the 3200 block of East Mohawk Avenue. According to the victim, the suspect suddenly approached him, pointed a gun at him and demanded his wallet. The victim tossed over his wallet, which contained $50, an EBT card, Social Security and identification cards. The suspect then fled to the northwest. The suspect is described as a 5-foot-4 man, wearing all black clothing including a ski mask and Nike shoes, with possibly long hair under the ski mask.
March 17-18
- Three vehicles had their windows smashed at Valentines Nightclub, 7522 N Armenia Ave. An iPod Touch was stolen from one of them. Police say before they arrived on the scene, the other two vehicles were driven away by their owners.
