Central Tampa Man Killed in 4-Wheeler Accident

Freddie Jeffery Jr., 38, lost control of his vehicle on North Sanchez Street and struck his head on a fence pole, the Tampa Police Department reports.

A Central Tampa man was killed Tuesday night when he lost control of his four-wheeler, the Tampa Police Department.

Freddie Jeffery Jr., 38, was driving the vehicle southbound on North Sanchez Street just north of East 21st Avenue shortly after 8 p.m. when he lost control and was thrown off, striking his head on a fence pole.

Sanchez, of 23rd Avenue East, was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries, officials said.
