Jaidee (pronounced ji - dee) is a Thai expression literally translated as "Good Heart". In Thailand, people of good actions, deeds and intentions are said to be "jaidee".

Founder, Gwen Hanner, was inspired by beauty and kindness during visits to Thailand and strives to integrate that with the strong sense of community in the Historic Seminole Heights Neighborhood to create a comfortable and inviting space for healing and enrichment.

Join us for a Celebration of "Jai Dee" and explore Yoga that welcomes you to build strength and flexibility.  Jai Dee practices Ahimsa (non-violent communication) and does not label classes "beginner" or "advanced"; instead inviting all Yogi's serious and just curious to all classes.
