Chef Anthony's approach is to offer hands-on, single session classes, each with a theme. You will learn specific dishes in each class but also the general concepts associated with this preparation that would enable you to apply this knowledge to other dishes. You may take one class or as many as you like. Choose from either our Saturday or Monday class schedule. This series runs through July with different classes each week. Polenta.
