A Night at the Museum

As the museum winds down, our exhibits come alive! Catch
pirates, explorers, pioneer women, and even the Ghostbusters sneaking around
the galleries during Night at the Museum, Sunday, Oct. 27 from 4-7 p.m. at the
Tampa Bay History Center.



 



Families are invited to haunt the History Center while they
trick or treat their way through our hands-on exhibits and snag candy from
historical figures come to life. In addition to costumed historical characters,
the Real Tampa Bay Ghostbusters will be on hand, along with Storm Troopers and
other Star Wars characters from the 501st Legion.

Families can also board the TECO Streetcar for a ride filled
with spooky stories and more ghosts from Tampa's past. Ghoulish games, creepy
crafts, and a costume contest with fantastic prizes await you. Don't forget
your candy bags!

Night at the Museum is open to
children of all ages with adult companion. Cost is  $9/child; $14/adult
TBHC members are $6/child; $8/adult. *Streetcar
tickets are not included, but will be available for purchase at the History
Center. Tickets to Night at the Museum are available in advance and are on sale
at the door until 5 p.m.
