Sophia celebrates "Newvember" and sports the No. 7 to let everyone know that Hillsborough County Animal Services is now open seven days a week for adoptions and lost pet searches.
It's the new 10*7*7 plan to help even more animals in the county shelter: Open 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., seven days a week.
