In April, cancer survivors will gather at Hillsborough High to raise money for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Seminole Heights.
In the meantime, planning meetings and a kick-off party are being organized to drum up support for the event.
Below are some items to mark on your calendar if you want to get involved (all events are scheduled to take Place at Metropolitan Community Church, 408 East Cayuga Street):

- Committee Meeting- December 5 at 7 p.m. Help is needed with the following committees: Operations (support in organizing the logistics and details for the event), Activities and Entertainment (helps plan the entertainment and activities).
- Sunday Morning Market- December 9 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers are needed to man the booth at the Sunday Morning Market in December. It's an opportunity to spread the word about the event and hopefully recruit more teams and participants.
