Dog Walks into Restaurant, Returned to Owners After 11 Months

"Olive" simply wandered into Malio's Prime Steakhouse in downtown Tampa on Saturday night, according to TBO.com. Now the dog is home in Seminole Heights.

After an 11-month search, William Ownley and Kristine Bush have their dog "Olive" back at home in Seminole Heights. What's even more remarkable than the legnth of the search is just how the dog was found. 

"Olive" simply wandered into Malio's Prime Steakhouse in downtown Tampa on Saturday night, according to TBO.com. 

Patch wrote about "Olive," a 35 pound Italian greyhound and cattledog mix, when she went missing in 2012. jumped their seven foot privacy fence.

The couple adopted the dog from the poundand according to the couple's neighbors, after the dog got over the fence, she was scared by someone walking another dog just outside their home on Powhatan and 13th Street. Olive has last been spotted under the overpass at Hillsborough and I-275.
