The nonprofit ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic offers high volume spay/neuter programs to reduce the high number of companion animals entering local shelters and to end pet overpopulation in the community.

Since 2006, the clinic has provided affordable sterilizations, vaccinations and microchipping services to more than 15,000 animals in the Tampa Bay area. Spay/neuter costs at the ACT clinic are greatly reduced and range from $40 to $95. For low-income Hillsborough County residents who qualify, the cost is $10 through the County’s voucher program.
