The walk begins with a lap on the school track at 6 p.m. to honor survivors and caregivers; a luminaries ceremony after dark remembers lives lost. Other activities include a "Stomp-Out Cancer" performance.
- It's The Tampa Museum of Art partners with local artists, volunteers, and organizations at 8 p.m. on the third Friday of every month to celebrate art, music, and entertainment. Admission is $10 per person; free for museum members.
- As part of the Raymond James Pops Series, the Florida Orchestra salutes some of the best-loved pop and rock artists of the 1980s.
