I am so flabbergasted by the folks that want help to save money or want a nice, clean, quiet place to live! It is unbelievable how folks take care of the owner/roommates things.

I am very happy with my tenants, I did post on Craigslist but my tenants drove by my home and saw the for rent. Post in the local restaurants. Also is your home furnished for many people do come with their own furnishings. So maybe you should remove the furniture. Also what is your rent and deposit.
