stolen Iron horse bike

Saturday night I "lost" an orange bike from my front porch. It was locked to itself and was missing the rear tire. It was taken for the rack on the front, which I have since recovered the rack off of a kid riding around on a bike with it in his hands. So I am thinking the locked bike has been ditched in a back alley... anyone seen it? give me a call at 766-9seven8seven.  Ya never know how dumb thieves are til ya encounter them.Thanks
