What Do You Recommend at Nani's Sandwich Shop?

Tell us your favorite menu item at this local sandwich shop.

"What Do You Recommend?" is an occasional feature that asks Patch readers to weigh in on their favorite menu items at local restaurants and bars.

In 2009, Ralph Soler turned his appliance shop into a kitchen and eatery that has become a popular breakfast and lunch destination in Seminole Heights.

Three years later, is still dishing out fresh cooked plaintains, rice and beans, pulled pork and an assortment of Cuban classics to go with its more American choices such as a cheeseburger and french fries, Soler's little shop perfectly fits into the plans for Seminole Heights' future.

The restaurant does catering and offers both outdoor and indoor seating to go with its family owned atmosphere and home cooked style. While Nani's is far from franchising, it's become a hit with local residents and passers by alike.

So we want to know: What do you recommend at Nani's? If someone's visiting for the first time, what do they HAVE to try? Post your menu picks in the comment section below.
