How long have you lived in the area? Since 2005.

What do you love about living and working in our town? The community spirit of Seminole Heights, people actually being neighborly towards each other here, the old bungalow homes we all enjoy maintaining and fixing up, all of the independent businesses that make up Seminole Heights, no chain anything here.

What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you? That we have indoor and outdoor seating to lunch or dine in, we have super healthy dishes as well as indulgent ones too, you do not need a membership to come in, our food is freshly prepared from scratch (never frozen) for you to take home and warm for dinner, you don't have to come in and cook it yourself, we have artisan sandwiches, salads, and soups you won't find anywhere else in Tampa.

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: We've had a few customers who have had some serious health issues that we have helped through the rough times with our healthy foods and soups, and some who have lost a dramatic amount of weight by eating our foods weekly, which in turn have dramatically brought down their blood pressure, cholesterol and sodium levels. We actually make people healthier!! :)
