Long Awaited Italian Restaurant Set For Big Opening

Domani's Italian Bistro on Florida Avenue will open this weekend in style.

The long anticipated arrival of will take place this weekend as they open their doors to a eager Seminole Heights public looking to welcome a new restaurant concept.

Bernardo Agostino, currently owner of SOHO Tavern in South Tampa, found success with his previous Italian restaurant concepts such as Bernardo's Foccacia Mia. Now, after 35 years in the restaurant business, he enters the Tampa restaurant scene once again with one final concept steeped less in tradition and more in creativity.

"We're not going to be too traditional," Agostino told Patch in June. "We'll have pasta, steak, fish and things like that to be a more modern Italian American restaurant."
