Fodder and Shine Restaurant to Debut in Seminole Heights

The restaurant at 5910 N. Florida Avenue is projected to open toward the end of 2013.

For the past few years, Seminole Heights foodies and craft beer fans have been privy to a culinary resurgence in the heart of the neighborhood.

Ella's Americana Folk Art Cafe, The Independent and Reservations Gourmet-to-Go have helped put Seminole Heights on the map with homegrown dishes that showcase a Florida flair. Continuing that momentum, Red Star Rock Bar and The Rooster and The Till, are set to open their doors this year.

The latest eatery to join the list is Fodder and Shine, a restaurant with The Refinery owners Michelle and Greg Baker at the helm.
