The United Health care Children's Foundation presents the 2011 Outback Bowl New Year's Eve Parade and Band Bash! Bring your family to Ybor City and enjoy floats, music, dancing and entertainment. Marching bands from Penn State and University of Florida, along with cheerleaders and football players will be in attendance for a pre-game pep rally celebration. The parade route extends along 7th Avenue.
