What should the future of Seminole Heights look like?

That's a question recently asked by the The Official Unofficial Seminole Heights Blog in a post entitled, "What should be next for Seminole Heights?"

As the blog puts it:

For decades, Seminole Heights has been described as “up and coming”. For many, the “coming” is still a mysterious waiting game.

The site's anonymous blogger points out that new businesses have been attracted to the neighborhood, but that there's room for others.

Some commenters brought up their concerns about crime and zoning for certain types of businesses. Others mentioned or said they'd like to see empty storefronts get renovated.
