What Do You Wish Were Here?

Tell us what you'd like to see at this location.

This location at 6405 North Florida Avenue is zoned for manufacturing and industrial use, but has sat empty for some time now.

The building is around 3,500 square feet in size and is close to a historic district. Built in 1926, the building also includes 12-foot ceilings and on site parking, but the boards on the windows tell the story as this building is currently listed as "off market".

So, we want to know: What do you wish were here? Perhaps a local jeweler or custom t-shirt shop? Tell us in the comments section below.

Don't worry, I know where you are! I did a remodel for my parents and we bought all of the vanities, mirrors, and a few free standing pieces from you guys. I can't make it all myself!
