Celebrate Mexican culture with food, dancing, and fun for the whole family. The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta runs from 3pm to 10pm on May 5, 6, and 7. Daily events include Latin music, bolero and flamenco dancers, Spanish-style fencing, dominoes, a children's area, a motorcycle and car show, beer pubs, and a $10 pig roast from 5pm to 7:30pm with slow-roasted pork, Mexican-smoked sausage, roasted corn, baked beans, cole slaw, corn bread, and fresh fruit. Other food and beverages available. Saturday's entertainment includes the Miss Tampa Latina Pageant at 7pm. Admission is $5 for adults, free for children ages 11 and younger.
