The Hillsborough County Health Department will be closed July 4th

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLOSED ON JULY 4TH, AND OFFERING LIMITED SERVICES AT IT'S DOWNTOWN LOCATION JULY 5TH.

 

TAMPA - In observance of the Independence Day holiday, the Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County will be closed on Thursday, July 4.

Limited services will be available at our downtown location, 1105 E. Kennedy Blvd., this Friday, July 5th, so that scheduled facility maintenance may be performed.

No clinical services will be available for STD or HIV/AIDS clients. The Pharmacy and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program office, (ADAP) will be open with limited staff from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

The Environmental Health division will be accepting applications for permits from our various programs, however will not be able to issue any permits.

Environment health services will be available in our Annex building, room 302, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please call (813) 307-8059 for environmental health related inquiries and emergencies.

 

All other Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County programs and services will resume normal operations.
