Stamp Prices Rising Again?: The U.S. Postal Service says it needs more per stamp to keep itself afloat financially. It’s asking for approval to up the price of stamps by 3 cents. Before the cost can go to 49 cents a stamp, however, a regulatory green light must be given, according to USA Today. Will You be ‘Satisfried?’: Burger King is hoping that’s going to be the case when consumers check out the chain’s newly launched “satisfries.” The crinkle-cut fries have fewer calories than the restaurant’s normal version and are hoped to appeal to the more health-conscious, according to Business Week. Yellow Light Timing Slow to Change: The Tampa Tribune is reporting that some Bay area cities have been slow to act on a Florida Department of Transportation request to have yellow light times increased in consideration of the number of red-light camera tickets issued that related to motorists caught on red by just a fraction of a second. Some suppose cities are dragging on the request to keep money flowing into their coffers. What do you think?
