DESCRIPTION:The Tampa Bay Sunday Bicyclers invite new riders on this trek
  today. Just bring your helmet\, a full water bottle\, a spare tube\, an
 d a road-worthy bicycle\, of course.\n(NOTE: Call the ride leader below 
 for more information if the weather looks iffy.)\nToday's ride lasts abo
 ut 13 miles. It covers a speed of about 10 to 14mph.\nThe ride begins pr
 omptly at 7:45am\, making a circuit around and through different section
 s of Seminole Heights. Organizers say this  ride is great for novices or
  for those wanting&nbsp\;to tour a  lovely\, old neighborhood at a leisu
 rely pace.\nRiders will see the houses\, yards and pocket parks of this 
 neighborhood. The terrain varies from flat to somewhat hilly near the Hi
 llsborough River\; most of the route is shaded by trees.\nEnjoy breakfas
 t at the  Independent after the ride.
