The Ybor City Development Corporation (YCDC) is located in the German American Club building. It is a division of the Tampa's Economic and Urban Development Department working with the development, redevelopment, economic revitalization and general improvement of the Ybor City's Historic District, its two community redevelopment areas and the surrounding community. In addition, this office inventories and coordinates infrastructure improvements, manages the district's clean team, manages the District Ambassador Program, coordinates resolution of community problems and serves as a city liaison for municipal services and special events.
