 vd and the Gadsden Park Bike Trail. We'll stop to take in the waterfront
  views of Downtown Tampa at Ballast Point on the way back\, then return 
 through Hyde Park and along the winding streets that line the Hillsborou
 gh River. Enjoy Sunday brunch\, pastries and gourmet coffee back at the 
 Independent Cafe's outdoor "patio" after the ride. The ride will be 24 m
 iles at speeds of 12-14 mph. It's a Tour\, not a race\, and no one will
