DESCRIPTION:On the second Saturday of each month our Intermediate Ride le
 aves at 8:30 a.m. from the Seminole Heights Garden Center. We  alternate
  routes from month to month. The pace is moderate (ranging from 10-16 mp
 h)\,  the routes average 10 miles roundtrip and usually include a stop a
 t a  coffee shop along the way or at the end.\nThis is a great opportuni
 ty to practice - or learn - urban and group road riding skills.\nAs alwa
 ys\, helmets are required and participants ride at their own risk.\nPlea
 se check that your tires are properly inflated\, that your brakes are in
  good working order\, and bring along water for the ride as you head out
  with us\, ready to experience the beauty  of Central Tampa on two wheel
