In the midst of an often sweltering winter, Tampa Bay Beer Week might be just the elixir local brew lovers are seeking.  The event officially runs from Saturday to March 10, and spans several taverns, microbrewers, and restaurants across the bay area. But Seminole Heights' Cold Storage Craft Brewery is getting a jump on things at 5 p.m. today by debuting two new beers and offering a tour of their facility at 4101 N Florida Ave. For $10, guests get a tour, samples of Copperhead Ale and Betchy Brown, and commemorative glass.  Cold Storage will throw another One Year Anniversary Party at 5 p.m. …
