Seminole Heights Bicycle Club -- The Kids Grow Up So Fast
Remember Ian on that first club bike ride? Ian rode on the back trailer that was hooked to mom's bike. The inaugural SHBC ride included a special guest appearance by former Mayor Pam Iorio, who pedaled with the more than 100 cyclists who biked that day.

Why is the Seminole Heights Bicycle Club nationally known (Bicycling Magazine did a feature on a SHBC ride and a PBS TV show, Pedal America, did an episode on the club)? It's great anecdotes such as this: young bicyclists such as Ian started on a bike saddle on a bike trailer behind his mom April and are now bicycling by themselves. It's great to see how far the SHBC has come when you see how far bicyclists like Ian have come as a cyclist.
