A screening room. Someone give me a few thousand bucks and pay the rent for that dump on the corner or N'Orleans and Nebraska and I'll run the place. If there are any famous actors or directors from Seminole Heights, we'll start with one of their films and go from there.

If you steal this idea, I'll fire bomb the place if tickets are more than $5. It sucks that Seminole Heights goes from ghetto to yuppie with no middle ground.
