What could go right next door to a NAPA?
The slender, shoebox-like storefront at 5210 N Florida Ave. would seem unremarkable enough, if it weren't for its neighbor.
One door south, across an alley almost too narrow to fit a jack lift through, is the former US Post Office branch that is currently taking shape as a NAPA Auto Parts store and warehouse.
There's been lots of grumbling in the neighborhood about the NAPA coming in. But what do you think about the 1,040 former used appliance store next door? Could something move in there that might offset the discord about the auto parts store? A listing agent for the property has told us that a number of prospective restaurant businesses have inquired about the space.

Who owns it? I've been calling that disconnected number for months. I've considered moving Tempus Projects over there, but have had no luck with the dead end number.

Tracy, did you call the number posted on the building's For Rent sign, 813-463-3595?
