What Do You Wish Were Here?
A batch of empty storefronts sits just south of Osborne Avenue on Nebraska, what do you think should go there?
A pair of storefronts on Nebraska Avenue just two doors down from Reservations Gourmet To Go has been sitting empty for some time now.
The businesses that used to call this building home have long vanished and nothing has stepped in to replace them. The locations at 4711 and 4709 North Nebraska Avenue are in the heart of Southeast Seminole Heights and are surrounded by a booming restaurant scene and ongoing community revival projects.
So, we want to know what you wish were here? Perhaps a new sandwich shop or clothing boutique. Tell us in the comments section below.

A health food store would be nice, nearest place to buy organic is Macdill and Swann.

I second a coffee shop, especially if it is a similar feel to Sophies in Old Hyde Park Village. Something with good coffee, yummy backed goods along with a great atmosphere that screams Seminole Heights.

A vitamin shop that serves smooties, fruit juices, healthy sandwiches, salads etc.
Wifi, donated vintage furniture, a few 4 top tables, music. Artistic venue with art work on the walls by local artists that people can buy. A small percent of the proceeds goes back into the community.

I have to agree that a coffee shop with healthy food choices would fit right in. A health food store would do really well also.

For some reason the corner of Florida and Hanna never stay open long. I suggest that the owner rent it for a really reasonalbe price. How about a Chinese Buffet. They just opened an Italian Rest. We have Mickeys or whatever on Central and Hanna next to the dog shop. I wish Auntie's Soul Food and More would move to that location and serve food inside the store.
In that location about 10 years ago they opened early and had a counter to sit and read the newspaper and have Cuban Toast and Coffee. They also sold some groceries. What other nationalities are not represented in Seminole Heights!!!
