The Life Enrichment Center in Forest Hills is a nonprofit that offers a number of classes for adults, from painting to crocheting.
On Monday, we stopped by "Pastels - Pure & Simple Fun" at the Center in Forest Hills. Check out our photo gallery and a video of the class taught by instructor Lorraine Potocki.

Nice picture of the Life Enrichment Center. They have a lot of wonderful teachers. Lorraine is fantastic and works very hard to make sure everyone gains in their endevors to learn how to paint. I have taken classes with several of the instructors. Debora teaches the drawing class and it is a great place to start. Tim draws large crowds to his classes. I have to say that I would gladly take classes for any of them. However, I found that I love pastels and Lorraine is just such a professional in the way she teaches.
